The diversity in Redwood City's real estate market is very well represented is our current pool of active listings. The low end is held down by a 790 S/F place at 530 Pine Street listed at $550,000, and at the opposite end of the spectrum is 21 Don Court, a 4,500 S/F home off Edgewood listed at $3,888,000. Most of the homes in the sub $1 million range are East of El Camino, with the higher end listings found in Emerald Hills or Edgewood Park. For the most part, everything in the low to mid 1 million range can be found in the general area of Woodside Road - Whipple/El Camino - Alameda.
The takeaway here is that Redwood City has something to offer people from drastically different socioeconomic backgrounds. There's everything from starter homes for families looking to make their debut in homeownership, to luxurious estates for the established Silicon Valley professional.
